Birth Doula
A satisfying birth experience doesn’t mean everything goes perfectly; it means you feel surrounded with love and support, and that you have a voice that is heard. My Birth doula services start from a foundation of compassion. By listening to you and responding to your needs, the physical and emotional support come from a place of intuitive compassion.
Services include 1-2 prenatal visits to get to know each other, build a birth plan, and practice comfort measures. I attend your birth as a part of your birth team providing the labor support you need as well as supporting your partner. A postpartum visit allows you to process the birth experience, and ensure that your mental and emotional health are within normal ranges for the postpartum period.
